Is Love Thy Neighbor really free for individuals?
Yes — always. Individuals can drop pins, respond to needs, and engage with their community at no cost, forever. We believe access to community care should never be gated.
What's included in the free trial?
Churches get 14 days of full Ministry plan access — no credit card required. You'll see the live dashboard, analytics, and all engagement tools before committing.
Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely. Upgrade from Ministry to Mission anytime, or downgrade at the end of your billing cycle. No penalties, no lock-in.
How do in-app donations work?
When a neighbor drops a Support pin, they can optionally enable giving. Donors give directly — LTN facilitates the transaction but takes no percentage. Standard processing fees (typically 2.9% + $0.30) apply.
What is white-label licensing?
Larger networks — denominations, city-wide church coalitions, parachurch orgs — can license the LTN platform under their own brand. This is in active development. Join the waitlist to be first in line.
